Productive Time Projects

This report investigates a breach of London Councils financial regulations in respect of the letting of three productive time contracts developed with the London Centre of Excellence and funded in full by the Department for Communities and Local Government. The total cost of delivering the three projects is £152,410, plus £4,120 travelling and subsistence expenses.
