Joint London Local Authority and Transport for London Bill: New proposed provisions

The report sets out the background and details of two new proposed provisions for inclusion in the Joint London Local Authority and Transport for London Bill which was agreed by Leaders' Committee in July. The urgency is because details of the Bill need to be included in a newspaper advertisement which has to be placed in the second week of August.
