Councillors Commission

To agree the draft response to be submitted as London Councils' submission to the Councillors Commission (previously titled Roberts Commission), which is considering incentives and barriers to people serving on councils.  The attachments have not been included as they are the Independent Panel's reports for London Councillors and London Council's leading members.
