Response to 'Clarifying the Right to Buy rules' consultation

This report contains an outline of the Government's consultation on changes to the Right to Buy rules and proposals on high leaseholder major works bills.  A London-wide response to the proposals has been developed with the assistance of borough experts and has been discussed at the Leasehold Officers Forum on 12th October.  London Councils' response to the consultation and accompanying covering letter are attached for approval.  CLG's deadline for responses is 31st October 2007.
