Grants Committee Budget 2007/8

The Leaders' Committee decision on 14 November 2006 on the Grants Committee budget for 2007/8, had not taken into account a 2.7% increase in borough contributions on non-grants expenditure: this level had been recommended by the Executive at their meeting on 30 October 2006.
