Elected Officers meetings are held on the first Monday of each month, in general a week and a day before Leaders' Committee. However, in certain circumstances meetings of the Elected Officers fall on the day before Leaders' Committee and the report seeks Elected Officers' views whether they wish to avoid this occurrence
