Corporate Improvement Plan Action Plan 31/01/2005

This report gives an update on progress made on the tasks which were showing as red as at 6 December 2004. Since targeted action plans were presented to the meeting of Elected Officers on 6  December 2004, sufficient progress has been made to move these red actions to amber. This report also gives a status report on all those actions which were showing as amber on 6 December 2004.
