'How to be Successful' guides

Legacy documents from the London Centre of Excellence include a set of guides produced by the Regional Centres of Excellence Procurement Programme, which aim to transform local authority procurement and raise standards of service delivery.

Called How to Be Successful, each guide shows councils how to deliver efficiencies in key areas of their activity.  Guides are available in the following areas:
