Strategic Supplier Intelligence Project Board


The Strategic Supplier Intelligence Project is governed by a Project Board. Its members are:

  • Ken Cole, Director, London Centre of Excellence
  • Dave Sharp, Head of Procurement, LB Islington (representing Helen Bailey, Chief Executive)
  • David Myers, Director of Shared Services, Cabinet Office
  • Richard Hassett, Head of Supplier Intelligence, Office of Government Commerce
  • Nicol Thornton, Assistant Director, RCE National Procurement Programme
  • Andrew Lee, Head of Strategic Procurement, RB Kensington & Chelsea

Project Board meetings are also attended by members of the Project Team:

  • Terry Brewer, Head of Procurement, London Fire & Emergency Planning Authority (LFEPA) (Project Executive)
  • Mark Atkinson, Head of Contracts Management Group, LFEPA (Project Manager)
  • Andy Davies, Project Consultant
