CRMGT Project Advisory Group

The Contract and Relationship Management Project relies upon the advice and support of managers of critical contractual relationships in London boroughs. 

Their input is needed to ensure that the project remains relevant and that the programme of work developed and implemented by the project team continues to offer practical, accessible support to London's local authorities.

An Advisory Group was established at the beginning of Phase 2 with membership drawn from a range of boroughs and service sectors.

The members are:

• Mark Atkinson, Head of Contracts Management Group, London Fire & Emergency Planning Authority (Chair)
• Mark Brangwyn, Head of Policy & Grants (health & Social Care Team), London Councils
• Stephen Day, Head of Integrated Commissioning, Adult Services, LB Ealing
• Robert Della-Sala, Head of Customer Services, LB Hounslow
• Peter Ramage, Head of Waste Management and Street Enforcement, RB Kensington & Chelsea
• Dave Sharp, Head of Procurement, LB Islington
• Richard Williams, Assistant Head of Street Environment, LB Camden.

The Advisory Group meets when it has outputs to review but undertakes most of its work in a 'virtual' manner.  The minutes of its first meeting and its Terms of Reference are available for download.
