Meet the Team

The Public Sector SPC team Opens in a new window specialises in giving strategic advice to councils across the U.K. This advice is formulated by a multi-disciplinary team specialising in Planning, Project Management, Development, Valuation, and Building Surveying. Having a team with such a holistic knowledge base provided the platform for the construction of the Office Accommodation Toolkit.

The SPC team focuses on delivering better value for money from public sector assets. The team is made up of several sub-teams, specialising in areas such as education, health and government sectors. Work undertaken includes strategy formulation, feasibility studies, implementation/operation strategies and joint commissions from public bodies.

Clients include local authorities, colleges, universities, Primary Care Trusts and developers, where the emphasis is placed on working 'with' and not 'for'. This approach has meant that we are at the forefront of our work and has resulted in an enviable track record of repeat business.
