  • To maintain and develop the cross-borough database
  • Once indentified in Year 1 of the project, to develop possible future joint commissioning (and de-commissioning) across the boroughs
  • To investigate the feasablity of developing joint working protocols for the management of transitional clients moving into Adult Services
  • To identify real cash savings and develop future systems for developing saving opportunities on a sub-regional basis
  • To provide a template for use by other London boroughs working together on a sub-regional basis
  • To investigate the feasablity and, if appropriate, develop systems to deliver a joined up approach to the implementation of self-directed support and individual budgets

This project was led by LB Merton and included the London boroughs of Sutton, Richmond, Croydon,  Lambeth and Wandsworth and the Royal Borough of Kingston.
