EPPM - Common Programmes Working Groups

Better Together (Tower Bridge)

Part of the EPPM ethos is to avoid duplication by collaborating, and ensuring that lessons learned from effective delivery and best practice are captured and shared. Therefore we have established peer networks, known as Common Programmes Working Groups, around programmes that are common to many authorities and organisations.

The broad objectives of the groups are to:

  • Enable knowledge transfer by developing networks of peers working on similar programmes;
  • Share lessons learned and best practice;
  • Discuss common problems or issues and develop common solutions;
  • Disseminate knowledge of new opportunities and research related to the area of work;
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration;
  • Inform the development of the Public Sector Programme Management Approach (PSPMA).
