The Public Sector Programme Management Approach (PSPMA - formerly the London Programme Management Approach (LPMA)) has been created by London's local and regional authorities. It is tailored to our needs and free to use by public sector organisations. Derived from the OGC's 'Managing Successful Programmes' (MSP), it provides a user-friendly light touch method for managing programmes in the public sector. It includes guidance, templates and useful examples.
