Embedding the Public Sector Programme Management Approach (PSPMA)

The PS PMA Embedding Guide provides support and guidance to public sector organisations on how to adopt the PS PMA. As people’s experience of using the PS PMA increases, case studies and template examples will be added to the Embedding Guide.

"The guidance covers all the questions which would logically be asked by an organisation such as ours looking to adopt the PMA. It is also very helpful to have the 3 methods of taking the PMA forward with practical examples of how each method has been used in practice.
