2010-11 Annual Audit Report and Statement of Accounts

The Audit Report and Statement of Accounts were approved by London Councils’ Audit Committee on 23 September 2011. The Audit Report was produced by London Councils’ external auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and was presented by PwC to the Audit Committee during which the response to the deficiency in internal control was finalised. The response is detailed on page 12 of the report. The final draft of the response to the Audit Report will be presented to the meeting of the Leaders’ Committee on 11 October 2011.
