World City Division Circular 09/11 - Use of Planning Obligations in the Funding of Crossrail

On 18 May 2009, the Mayor of London published proposed alterations to the London Plan and draft Supplementary Planning Guidance on the use of planning obligations in the funding of Crossrail for public consultation. The consultation period closes on 10 August 2009. The draft alterations will then be subject to an Examination in Public, which is expected to be held in late 2009.
